We’re 45 minutes down the 15 from Temecula. Truck the release to Poway, or we’ll arrange pickup. Your team pours; we pack.
What a club release with us looks like
- Wine arrives at our temperature-controlled Poway warehouse. Received, counted, and confirmed back to you same day.
- Order file comes in. Commerce7, WineDirect, Vinoshipper, or a plain spreadsheet — we work from the export your platform already produces, and tracking flows back through ShipStation.
- We pack to your spec. Correct bottles, correct inserts, molded or styro shippers, ice packs when the forecast demands them.
- Weather holds, handled. Summer heat and winter freeze windows are daily judgment calls in our own wine operation. If Tuesday’s route runs through 105° Phoenix, your Pinot waits in the cool room and ships Monday.
- Ships FedEx/UPS adult-signature (21+) on our discounted rates, quoted as carrier + handling.
- Exceptions get a human. Damaged, returned, undeliverable — you get an email from the person who packed it, with options, not a ticket number.

Compliance, stated plainly
Your wine ships on your winery’s licenses and permits — we operate as your fulfillment agent and warehouse, and we’re licensed for compliant alcohol beverage handling on the physical side. Adult signature at delivery on every alcohol shipment, no exceptions.
Alcohol compliance, permits, tax filings, and state eligibility remain the responsibility of the shipper unless otherwise agreed in writing.
