Yes — it’s our core. We receive your wine, pack club releases and DTC orders, and ship FedEx/UPS with adult signature (21+) required at delivery on every alcohol shipment.
Yours. You hold your winery license and state direct-shipper permits; we operate as your fulfillment agent and warehouse. Alcohol compliance, permits, tax filings, and state eligibility remain the responsibility of the shipper unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shopify order sync is the smoothest path; WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay via standard order exports. If your cart can export orders, we can ship them.
Orders in by early afternoon typically ship same business day; otherwise next business day. Release-week and promo surges get scheduled together in advance so nothing slips.
Tracking pushes to your store and your customer automatically via ShipStation, and you can always email or call for a straight answer from the floor. No customer portal or app to log into — we’d rather answer the phone than maintain software.
