- Re-work — wrong labels, new inserts, repack from bulk. The unglamorous jobs big 3PLs quote high to avoid; we just quote them.
How pricing works here
We run a short time study on your actual kit — build five, time it, spec the line — and quote you a per-unit price from that. You approve the number before production starts, and it doesn’t drift. Why a small shop wins at kitting
Kitting is judgment work: crooked labels, crushed tissue, a missing insert — machines and minimum-wage-churn lines miss what a small crew catches. The same handful of people build your whole run, so unit #400 looks like unit #4.
In, built, out
Kitting here doesn’t require storing here. Freight in, build, freight out — days later the project is gone (that’s our in-and-out muscle). If you also want us to ship the kits DTC, that’s ecommerce fulfillment, one door down.
